MS ACCESS DEVELOPER

On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for a MS ACCESS DEVELOPER.

ROLE:

- Prepare technical requirements and documentation for follow-up evaluations of Data Loads, Data Transformation and Aggregation for a data warehouse, considering the MS Access work prototyping
- Create, execute and report on regression test plans and scripts
- VBA coding to extract information from various sources and import into MS Access
- Access RESTful interfaces of JIRA from Access VBA
- Access ODBC data sources (Oracle and MSQL) for data import
- Performance tuning of queries
- Develop reconciliations of Access DB results to the strategic/source system results
- Analyze error logs and new requirements to design and implement solutions

SKILLS:

- Over 5 years of experience with MS Access 2010 Database Design, Data Model implementation, Data Loads from external sources, Data Transformation and Aggregation
- Proven experience in MS Access 2010 Database related development Programming in Visual Basic for Applications and VC++ to develop reports, queries and linked tables
- Experienced in Database Administration to maintain security and integrity of the database
- Experienced with Windows 7 Shell script (CMD) and PowerShell developer
- Fluent in English
