MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor

Tangent International are currently looking for a MRICS qualified Chartered Building Surveyor to work for our client, a large infrastructure organisation in Berkshire, Reading.

Role:
The ideal candidate will have undertaken both traditional professional Building Surveying instructions (including: Pre-acquisition Surveys, Dilapidations and Schedules of Condition) and worked as a Contract Administrator/Lead Designer. The individual will also be required to undertake the CDM-C role on projects and ideally should be suitably qualified (NEBOSH Certification/APS Membership).

Experience Required:
The suitable candidate, will be an MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor and will ideally come from a consultancy background. Commercial property including the Health Sector and project management will be your area of expertise and you will be able to demonstrate an ability to provide sound professional property advice to a variety of clients in both the public and private sector. The successful candidate will also be highly IT literate with MS Project or other programming software skills. CAD skills are desirable.
