MR - Project Manager

DESCRIPTION:

The selected candidate will manage project team(s) and project deliverables.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Direct, assign, and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget.
- Assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to project team members.
- Maintain project plans, monitor progress, status of team, and status of individual members.
- Establish and manage ongoing project budgets.
- Facilitate project meetings, risk assessments, issue identification, and strategy discussions with cross functional project teams and applicable personnel, including senior management.
- Consult with management and review project proposals to determine projects' objectives and goals, timeframes, funding, required resources, and procedures for accomplishing projects.
- Create and maintain project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time requirements, establishing deadlines, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project product/service life cycle, and providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress.
- Develop, adjust and monitor project plans specifying goals, strategies, scheduling, risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Microsoft Project
- Microsoft Office Suite
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT/SDLC METHODOLOGIES (EG, WATERFALL, AGILE, PMBOK, ETC.)
- EIGHT YEARS OF PROGRESSIVE EXPERIENCE MANAGING APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS, working with LARGE-SCALE, COMPLEX ON-LINE SYSTEMS. PROJECT MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATION, SUCH AS PROJECT MANAGEMENT INSTITUTE'S (PMI), PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL (PMP) OR EQUIVALENT.
