MR - Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

JAD Facilitator(s) must have the following:

Demonstrated experience with group facilitation (JAD sessions) for business and systems analysis - 5+ years

Extensive experience with meeting facilitation - 5+ years

Demonstrated experience with Business Requirements Documentation - 5+ years

Demonstrated experience with object-oriented analysis and design - 3+years

Ability to coordinate numerous tasks

BUSINESS ANALYST(S) MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

Demonstrated experience with Business Requirements Documentation - 5+ years

Demonstrated experience with JAD and meeting minutes documentation - 5+ years

Demonstrated experience with object-oriented analysis and design - 5+years

QUALIFICATIONS:

Scrum Exp.

Experience with Project Management methodologies and documentation

Experience using Microsoft Project or similar tool

Experience creating and presenting internal and external status reports

Experience in completing deliverables within scope, schedule, costs and quality constraints

Strong collaborative skills

GOVERNMENT PROJECT EXPERIENCE DESIRED

Must have good oral and written communication skills
