MQ Consultant- MQ/IBM/Websphere

MQ Consultant: MQ/WebSphere/Clustering/Design/Build/WSSR/Data Power/IBM/DB2/Payments Services/Programming/IT Security/Computing/MQ Publish Scribe/Windows/AIX/Solaris/Linux/TPS/MQ

I am looking for an experienced MQ Consultant to join my client, a renowned global financial company that is a leader in it's industry.

You will have hands on experience in MQ design and build and be able to demonstrate effective MQ administration skills. You will have experience in MQ clustering and be able to implement systems on several computing platforms. You will have experience MQ Publish Subscribe, good knowledge of security technology around IT and practical experience in application and solution design. It is highly desirable if you are a certified IBM solution designer- WebSphere MQ 7.0, good understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience in WSRR, Message Broker and Data Power.

The role will entail but is not limited to:

*Be responsible for the MQ design, build and administration
*Conduct requirement gathering and analyse existing estate
*Proactive in assisting with development that is already in place
*Draft standards and processes and define MQ architecture
*Application and solution design in IBM WebSphere

To be eligible for this role you will have:

*Experience of MQ design
*Experience of MQ Publish and Subscribe
*Experience with IBM WebSphere
*Proven hands on experience in application and solution design
*Good knowledge of High Availability solution design

If you have excellent experience has an MQ Consultant and can demonstrate a hands on approach to your work in MQ design, build and administration as well as MQ Architecture then this is the right role for you.

This is a 6 month contract role based in London and offers a day rate of up to £460 p/day
