Motor Vehicle Assessor (Home-Based)

ECS Recruitment Group are looking for a Regional Motor vehicle Assessor to cover central London on a rolling contract basis

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our European training partners at a time of growth and expansion. This is a home based/regional role which will involve visiting client sites to assess learners within central London.

This will be an on-going contract with flexible working hours to suit.

Essential Criteria;

- Appropriate industry experience (Motor Vehicle/Light vehicle Studies or Heavy Vehicle Studies)
- Assessor Qualification (A1, TAQA, D32, D33, 7307 or similar) or working towards (Training can be provided)
- Experienced delivering, assessing or coaching in a classroom or Client Site environment
- Ideally hold a teaching or coaching qualification (training can be provided)

Responsibilities;

- Deliver and train the Motor Vehicle curriculum on multiple customer sites and within a designated region
- Support/train learners when required in Motor vehicle (Light Vehicle) or Heavy Vehicle studies (at levels 2 and 3) in-line with IMI standards
- Gather evidence, assess progress, observe work practises and update learner records
- Complete reviews for each learner in accordance with current procedures
- Provide 1-2-1 learner support when required
- Assist in the development of schemes of work, training materials and trainee assignments
- Act as a tutor to learners, providing academic guidance and support.
