As a Motor Sales Executive you will:
" Respond efficiently to customers enquiries via telephone and email.
" Contact potential customers to sell the advantages of the sales program.
" Obtain accurate valuations of vehicles, utilising desktop valuation products to provide customers with quotations.
" Record sales and order information.
" Update customer quotes.
" Produce and distribute purchase orders to customers.
" Resolve customer queries.
" Work proactively to maintain or exceed monthly targets set by the company.
The ideal Motor Sales Executive will hold the following skills and experiences:
" Previous experience within a Motor Sales, Sales Executive or Outbound Sales role.
" Strong negotiation.
" Ability and desire to sell.
" Excellent communication and customer service skills.
" Confident and determined approach.
" Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
" High-degree of self-motivation and drive.
" PC literate, with familiarity of Microsoft products.
