Motion Graphics Designer Job

MOTION GRAPHICS DESIGNER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Seattle, Washington.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Motion Graphics
- UI Design
- Graphic Design

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Create wireframes, storyboards, pre-viz, walk-throughs and paper prototypes to communicate your design to the rest of the team
- 2D motion graphics in a variety of styles and scope
- Develop both quick concepts sketches and longer term high polish final pieces.
- Actively participate in creative discussions and reviews, as part of effective communication with cross discipline team members.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Five (5+) years of experience in UI development with an emphasis on graphic design, user interface, and usability.
- Three (3+) years of experience with proven commercial proficiency in any Adobe Photoshop and After Effects
- Excellent 2D animation skills.
- BA/BS in Interface Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or related field

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3D modelling and animation a big plus (Maya/Softimage/3DS Max/C4D)
- Experience with Real Time engines like Unity and Unreal are highly desirable.
- Experience working on mobile and tablets experiences are highly desirable
