Mortgages Business Analyst - Retail Banking - Halifax - £400pd

MORTGAGES BUSINESS ANALYST - RETAIL BANKING - HALIFAX - £400PD

My client has a requirement for a business analyst to join a large change programme in Halifax. The programme aims to improve mortgage sales KPI scores through system enhancements, ultimately leading to a better customer experience.

Essential skills:

- Experience in a business change team on a large programme of work, such as an integration, divestment, or business restructure (preferably within large Financial Institutions)
- Can demonstrate experience/understanding of working in complex regulatory or compliance environment
- Previous experience of end to end project delivery.
- Project Manager experience at a junior level would be an advantage
- Experience working with remote teams/across sites
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams, including business operations, IT, UAT
- Able to process complex information, manage and escalate where appropriate
- Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint skills - essential
- Flexible attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent at prioritising
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage variables and change in a structured and logical way
- Able to demonstrate that has previously delivered artefacts successfully; on-time and to the required quality

Desired skills:

- Experience of Mortgages with a financial institution
- Positive/Can Do Attitude
- Ability to work with key stakeholders of various levels
- Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to large groups
- Knowledge of working on migrations/implementations

RATE: £400PD

LOCATION: HALIFAX

DURATION: 6 MONTHS +
