MORTGAGE LOAN PROCESSOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in WESTLAKE, TX.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Two (2) years current mortgage processing experience
- Up to date knowledge of VA IRRRL and FHA streamline programs
- Direct to consumer customer service experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Process residential loans to prepare for underwriting and closing
- Work with loan originator and barrower to gather required documentation
- Submit completed loan file to underwriting and gather conditions for loan approval.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- College degree or work equivalent
- High School Diploma required.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high volume environment.
