Mortgage Document Specialist/Mortgage Document Analyst

MORTGAGE DOCUMENT SPECIALIST/MORTGAGE DOCUMENT ANALYST (TSA'S, CONTRACTS, LEGAL MORTGAGE DOCUMENTS)

We are recruiting for a Mortgage Document Specialist/Mortgage Document Analyst to join the retail mortgages area of a well recognised financial services organisation. The successful Mortgage Document Specialist/Mortgage Document Analyst will look to produce the legal documents, Transitional Service Agreements and contracts that are put in place between the client organisation and a third party intermediary organisation.

The successful Mortgage Document Specialist/Mortgage Document Analyst will have in depth knowledge of the mortgage market and in particular a strong understanding of how the intermediary channels work with a mortgage provider. Moreover a strong understanding of writing complex, legal documentation around a merger, divestment or integration will also be significant - this organisation is currently operating on a large number of Transitional Service Agreem ents (TSA's) with a parent company and the successful candidate may need to review or even write further TSA's along these lines. 

Criteria:

- Document specialist - the production and review of legal & contractual documents within financial service. A strong understanding of TSA documents
- Mortgage knowledge - an in depth understanding of the mortgage market is required

This is a contract opportunity that should run through the best part of 2014 as a minimum.
