MORTGAGE ANALYST/MORTGAGE QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST/RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - CF6, CEMAP, MORTGAGE

London, up to £450 per day

A lucrative opportunity has come up with my client, who are a leading bank based out of London.
They have come to the market, seeking a driven, proactive Mortgage Analyst/Mortgage Quality Assurance Analyst Relationship Manager.

You will come from an extensive mortgage background, having managed a mortgage portfolio of commercial clients.
The Mortgage Analyst/Mortgage Quality Assurance Analyst/Relationship Manager will be very hands-on, with a proven record of reviewing and resolving customer cases. You will also possess excellent communication skills and employ them quickly building lasting relationships with clients. 

Previous experience of file review and mortgage servicing is essential, and so is the experience of working in a regulatory environment.

A recognized mortgage-based qualification like CF6 or CEMAP will fast track your application for this opportunity

KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN FINANCIAL SERVICES OR IN A FINANCE FUNCTION
- FULL REVIEW OF CUSTOMER CASES
- UNDERSTANDING OF END TO END ARREARS/ENFORCEMENT PROCESS
- INSURANCE ADMINISTRATION; ASCERTAINING THAT INSURANCE PROVIDER IS CONTACTED UNDER RELEVANT CIRCUMSTANCES
- ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
- CF6 (MORTGAGE ADVICE) OR CEMAP (MORTGAGE ADVICE & PRACTICE) OR EQUIVALENT
