One of our financial services clients are looking for a Mortgage SME.
The Interim Assignment
The successful candidate will be assisting the organisation through a critical time, reviewing and working within the Mortgage arrears area. You will act as the mortgage arrears SME and use this knowledge to drive forward a better customer outcome.
The Interim Manager
The ideal Interim candidate will have experience of arrears and or collections within Mortgages and Secured lending and have worked to improve the customer outcomes. Alternatively you will have worked on a mortgage remediation programme
You must have;
- Proven track record of mortgage arrears and collections
- Understanding the impact of these on the end customer
- Deep knowledge of the mortgage debt collection industry and practices related to regulatory and political issues
- Background of building strong internal and external networks.
- Financial services experience is essential
