IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Support a high performing and collaborative set of customer groups and act as a key contributor to the monitoring improvement project
-Co-ordination for specific monitoring related topics
-Incident management and 3rd party application maintenance and support
-Provide support to business areas in their technical testing in test and integration environments
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Demonstrated ability to configure and manage multi-OS environments (RedHat, Solaris, MS Server 2008/2012 R2)
-Profound knowledge of monitoring tools (Nagios, Check_MK)
-Thorough understanding of conceptual implementation of monitoring solutions
-Competent in Oracle PL/SQL and Microsoft SQL
-Experience in working in an international team with native and non-native English speakers
-Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
-Technical know-how in operating systems, databases and applications (preferred)
