Monitoring and Testing Specialist

My major Investment Banking client based in Chester is currently seeking a Monitoring and Testing Specialist to join their Audit team.

Key Skills for Monitoring and Testing Specialist:

*Financial Services experience
*Knowledge of FCA rules and/or OCC rules
*Demonstrable technical knowledge of risk-based testing, monitoring and auditing approaches and experience in leading these reviews
*Compliance Testing/Audit
*Proven track record of influencing senior management.
*Proven track record of chairing meetings with effective results.
*Ability to research, compile and present papers to Senior Management.
*Experience in Risk and control assessment.
*Degree in Compliance and Audit or Risk Management qualification (or working towards one).

*Execution of Assurance Plan
*Plan Execution
*Issues Escalation
*Management Reporting
*Issues Monitoring
*Operational Efficiency
*Support development, approval and regular review of annual monitoring and testing plan.
*Support stakeholder management and engagement routines and initiatives.
