Mongo Database Administrator Job

MONGO DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Framingham, MA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Our client is looking for a MongoDB DBA/architect with an operational support profile to support an existing implementation of MongoDB cluster and build MongoDB platform service offering for our IS units. We anticipate a 20/80 operational and engineering workload.
- The contractor will be working with MongoDB developers and solution architects.
- Some of the activities would be:
- Build Lab environment with MongoDB
- Start defining platform perimeter, service operations, offering and support model
- Coach and perform knowledge transfer to other DBA members for redundancy

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Three to five (3-5) years of MongoDB development, implementation and administration.
- Other Big Data or database related experience like Oracle, SQL or open source flavor is a plus.
