Modul Technology Expert (m/f)

Aufgaben:

- Work in development topics in the areas of semiconductor technology, packaging of integrated circuits and bonding technologies for smart cards
- Leading technical negotiations with component suppliers (semiconductor and  electronics packaging suppliers, etc.) e.g. on technical specifications
- Work in interdisciplinary teams for supplier development as technical expert
- Make prototype samples on laboratory equipment for test series
- Support in development and optimization of suitable test methods
- Provide internal product documentation for product releases
- Conduct failure analysis as support to the quality organization
- Introduction of new products/components to the production network
- Leading of small/medium-sized Development Projects and supporting large-scale development projects in an expert role
- Cooperation with international development and production sites

Skills:

- Very good degree in physics (focus on semiconductor or solid state physics), process engineering or other suitable branches of study
- Knowledge on development/quality tools (FMEA, Ishikawa, statistics, etc.)
- Experience in project management and tools
- Knowledge on MS-Office
- Knowledge on mechanical simulation beneficial
- Knowledge on integrated circuit design beneficial
- Knowledge on SAP beneficial
- Mandatory to be fluent in spoken and written English
- 6Sigma Knowledge (Green Belt, etc.) beneficial
