Role: Request for Modifications CoordinatorLocation: AberdeenRole Type: Contract I am recruiting for a global major operating company based in the North Sea. Key Requirements:Appropriate experience of Engineering, Planning, Operations or Projects within Oil & Gas IndustryTypically Engineering degree in Mechanical, Process discipline or Project ControlHigh level of interpersonal skills, ability to deal with high levels of stress in a continuously changing and demanding environment and ability to deal with a large number of activities within short time scalesProven capability of understanding process plant and equipment problemsHigh level knowledge of various MS-Office Software and planning software (Primavera or MS. Project).Proven experience of controlling multiple projects/modificationsBasic knowledge of offshore/terminal plant and equipment systems Key Responsibilities:Manage and Control the Change Control RFM processes and associated procedures.Ensure the modification process is adhered.Arrange and chair the modifications review meetingIs responsible for maintaining the RFM database to accurately reflect the status of all modificationsPrepare weekly and monthly reports on the status and key performance indicators of the ongoing modifications.Prepare monthly engineering planning as initial input to planning team leader and ensure regular update and progress, liaising with proponent engineers and attending Contractors planning meetings.Chair specific Safety Review Level 1 meetingsEnsure Pre-study dossiers and Scope of Work documents are internally reviewed and are concise in their nature, prior to approval.Review all pre-study dossiers and Scope of Work documents, to give an independent view on all proposed modifications, and ensure quality and adherence to the RFM procedure.Liaise with the Projects department and the Engineering Service Contractor for the execution of specific modifications.Input into the budget, plan and shutdown plan processes for specific work-scopes or projects.Encourage the reporting of all incidents, ensure that incidents are investigated and action incident close-outs as appropriateDevelop and maintain good working relationships with site personnel through effective communication and by making regular visits to offshore installations and St Fergus terminalDevelop positive and constructive relationships with Projects, contractors and suppliers. Identify opportunities to improve contractor/supplier performance, reduce costs and improve the quality of services/products supplied
