Castlerock Recruitment Group are currently looking for experienced healthcare assistants to join a bank of staff to work within medical centres in Surrey. The successful candidates will be required to assist the current nursing team within primary healthcare clinics, occupational health assessment clinics, chronic disease clinics and health promotion.

Key Skills:
-Provision of general basic nursing care, under the supervision of the practice nurse team leader
-Team work, but must be competent in lone working as required
-Administrative support within competencies
-Clinical measurements, visual acuity, venepuncture, ECG, urinalysis and preparation of specimens
-Full understanding of infection control
-Effective communication with both team members and patients
-Basic literacy and numeracy
-Trained in basic life support and manual handling

The successful candidates will have an NVQ Level 2 in healthcare or have the equivalent experience.
