Mobility Technology Enablement Service Coordinator (TES)

For a major international client in Canton of Vaud, we are looking for a:

MOBILITY TECHNOLOGY ENABLEMENT SERVICE COORDINATOR (TES)

tocoordinate delivery of FIORI and FIORI Like non-SAP applications across the our client's landscape (SBX to Prod).

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Define and maintain the user journeys (list of technology enablement steps) to enable applications within our client's landscape
- Establish and maintenance of dashboards on available vs. used apps
- Continuous review of the services to maximize the customer satisfaction
- Application enablement user journeys are defined and maintained for SAP FIORI and FIORI like non-SAP applications
- Applications enablement activities and related RACI is defined, aligned with the key stakeholders and implemented
- Internal practices and processes to enable applications are defined, implemented and maintained
- Day to Day coordination to enable of applications in line with the RACI and internal practices for all business streams
- FIORI and FIORI likes non-SAP apps inventory, usage dashboard established and maintained
- User journeys, RACI internal practices periodically reviewed in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams to maximize the customer satisfaction
- Communicate the updates and adjust services in line with the changes to user journeys, RACI and internal practices

CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science and 5+ years experience in equivalent ISIT discipline (coordination and/or service broker role)
- Excellent coordination Skills and good project management skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- GLOBE IS/IT Function knowledge (GTS, Security and Business Solutions Streams)
- Experience in Enterprise Architecture and Enterprise Mobility Architecture and technology foundations
- Knowledge of Market Services and Off-shore Services
- Good communication skills in English (fluent)

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT UNTIL THE END OF 2016 IN THE FIRST INSTANCE.

THE CLIENT IS LOCATED ON LAKE GENEVA, IN CANTON OF VAUD.
