PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This candidate is responsible for providing operational support and maintenance activities for the mobility lab operations team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- This position will screen and resolve incoming support requests and provide troubleshooting on reported issues or requests; escalating to next level as appropriate. Position may assist with routine maintenance, system upgrades, account maintenance and administration, testing and repair of mobility hardware and related equipment.
- Must be able multi-task with accuracy, efficiency & a sense of urgency.
- Ideal candidate will have strong accountability for work product, with a high level of professionalism.
