MOBILITY AND REMOTE ACCESS SUPPORT TECH needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Washington, DC.

What You'll Be Doing:

- One area of primary duties and responsibilities is to provide system support by working in close collaboration with the Managed Services vendor for Remote Access. The Managed Service vendor manages Cisco IPSec and Juniper SSL solutions.
- Configure users' laptops for remote use
- Configure users' mobile device for Bank mobile applications
- Identify Remote Access and mobility related problems and assist in finding a solution
- Work with Managed Services vendor to implement/upgrade or troubleshoot Remote access systems
- Work in close collaboration with Network system engineers and Office of Information Security in support of remote access systems
- Research and development which includes covering trends, industry best practices etc. for Remote Access and connectivity, integration of Remote Access software and functionality into the client's Enterprise desktop.
- Global travel as necessary, installing, configuring, upgrading, replacing, and testing Remote Access systems and services
- Monitoring and support of Remote Access services and Servers in US, Paris and Chennai data centers
- Another area of primary duties and responsibilities are to provide communication support for the workstations being used at home. These duties include:
- Determine the type of technology that should be installed based on the functionality's needed at home and the type of equipment
- Configure the technology on the Workstation
- Train the staff how to use the communication tools when at home and how to perform basic troubleshooting when required.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, outside of comfort zones.
- Good project management skills; ability to coordinate with colleagues on the project team; capacity to deliver results on time.
- Outstanding communication skills including the proven ability to convey complex ideas through clear communication, concise reports, and effective oral presentations.
- Excellent understanding of Cisco and Juniper VPNs, Radware load balancers, Cisco WAAS Mobile, and Windows platforms.
- System design and architecture experience balancing at odds requirements of security, speed, ease of use, and stability.
- A Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a relevant field and the capacity for planning and a proven ability to quickly master new software and technology.
- Standby/on call support may be a requirement for emergencies after normal business hours, on weekends or during Holidays
