Mobility Design and Support Officer

Our client, a large Government Department is seeking to engage a MOBILITY DESIGN AND SUPPORT OFFICER until June 2013.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING:

- High level skills in the design and support of End User Computing Services and remote access solutions
- Knowledge of Microsoft, Exchange Collaboration (video Conf/Desktop Fax) and SOE automation tools.
- Ability to provide design support and upgrades of our clients Exchange Environment
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft, Mobile/Remote access solutions and SOE technologies.
- Working knowledge of MS Windows OS in an enterprise environment
- Working knowledge of Blackberry Enterprise Server and GOOD for Enterprise and ipads
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Servers and Lotus Domino Servers
- Technical certifications such as MCSE, MCP, CLP (Lotus) or CNA
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Outstanding comprehension and communication skills
- Extensive experience dealing with technical support, design, upgrades and maintenance tasks related to Blackberry
