Mobility/Billing Analyst Job

BILLING ANALYST/MOBILE SYSTEMS needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Washington, DC.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Assists in the support of corporate mobile/cellular devices provisioning process in accordance with established procedures.
- Provides walk-in and phone support on wireless handheld devices, services, and server connections; analyzes work orders; synchronize mobile devices to the email network.
- Supports remote and travelling employees with their mobile connectivity needs.
- Upholds the GRAS-Mobile policy and procedures.
- Works in close collaboration with Tier III support (engineering) and Tier I Support Help Desk.
- Works with cellular providers' technical support team to troubleshoot and solve device and service problems.
- Maintains mobile/cellular vendor relationships and assist with billing inquires as needed.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- AA degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting area or related field, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Two to three (2-3) years of experience in Billing, Collections and/or Customer Support
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- The ability to work cross-functionally within Finance and also with other organizations such as IT, Operations, and with vendor's Product Management
- Knowledge of technology or information-based business services industry (preferred)
- Demonstrated knowledge of PeopleSoft, SAP, Financial Modules, to include Accounts Receivables, Billing and Contracts Modules, as well as related query capabilities (related experience preferred)
- Excellent spreadsheet and desktop database skills (excel, access)
- MS Office suite applications (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience training end user on mobile/cellular device technology.
- Experience with financial analysis and preparation of reports as needed
- Experience with cellular providers' dedicated care support team to reconcile charges and credits for service plan changes, cancellations, and additions, etc.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Prior experience with mobile/cellular Company is preferred.
