Role- Mobilisation Manager
Duration- 3 months initially
Location- Canary Wharf
Rate- 350-400/day
Our client are looking to Hire a mobilisation manager to join their team based in canary Wharf on an initial 3 month contract
role details and responsibilities-
- Support the organisation and set up the Mobilisation Board
- Create Business Analyst Capability Operating Guide
- Update current Project Management Operating Guide
- Define and gain agreement for the approach of capability on-boarding for both Project Managers and Business analysts
- Oversee on-boarding process for any new projects/resources
- Define how the client measure success with the PM and BA capability work
- Create a baseline of where the client is now with regards to capability on projects/resources
- Outline the Group Alignment work and how this impacts Digital in terms of project standards etc.
