MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS CUSTOMER LIFECYCLE MANAGER - MARKETING TELECOMMUNICATIONS

Our client a leading telecoms company in Belgium currently has an urgent need for a Mobile Telecommunication Customer Lifecycle Manager. As the Customer Lifecycle Manager you will be responsible for simple to very complex campaigns to support active customer based management both on value and volumes and manage customer based campaigns in the pre-paid sector. You will also be responsible for communication media mix and co-ordination with multi campaign parties in execution.

Main responsibilities will be as follow:

- Acts in duo with Direct Marketing Campaign Expert to provide the target request which will be executed by the Expert. In depth reflection to avoid campaign overlap, ensure messages consistency.
- Responsible for End-to-End campaign management, results analysis and interpretation, in order to formulate strong recommendations to Business (Media Support).
- Follow up campaign execution.
- Contributes to business results & objectives through campaigning activity.

SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE:

- Ability to define a roadmap with a timeframe of 1 year and ability to define an action plan in answer of a business issue.
- Communication skills, for deliverables briefing & validation.
- Developed direct marketing knowledge.
- Customer orientation.
- Project Management.
