Mobile Systems Engineer

Our client in the Philadelphia area is looking for an Mobile Systems Engineer for a 6+ month contract. This is with an extremely well-known organization and has a chance of converting to a permanent position down the line.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

- In-house expert on all mobile technical operations which includes:
- roll out of 400+ native apps in production
- Back End production deployments
- setup of Back End configuration systems
- Apple store/iTunes and Google play setup, Urban Airship setup,
- liaising with Ad Ops team for Ads and other application support activities.
- In-house-expert on the Mobile infrastructure and all activities related to provisioning of Servers, monitoring the environment and setup process and procedures
- Help setup automation and streamline the release process
- Collaborative work with other team members
- Potential to learn and participate in automation development of mobile apps
- Participate in automation of build and release of the Apps including automated testing and continuous integration builds.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- 2+ year. in Amazon EC2 experience Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud)
- 1+ year with native Mobile apps (either Android or Java - latest versions) on service-oriented platform
- 7+ years of experience in Systems Engineering and worked in agile and iterative projects.
- Experience with AWS services EC2, EBS, RDS, S3 buckets, SNS topics, SQS queue etc.
