MOBILE SUPPORT TECHNICIAN needed for a long term CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client, SAP America located in Newtown Square, PA.

CLIENT OVERVIEW:

SAP was founded in 1972 and is today one of the world's largest independent business software providers and one of the three largest independent software companies based on market capitalization.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Duties will be to perform end-user support primarily for mobile phones but may involve some laptop computer support. This will include working with remote users over the phone and supporting users at walk-up shop. Report all incidents in the help desk ticketing system. Manage all requests to closure, escalating as needed. Cross Training for Laptops support is necessary as we are a one stop shop for local support.

OTHER TASKS INCLUDE:

- Troubleshoot mobile phone issues with BlackBerry, Android, and iPhone smartphones.
- Communications/Warranty repair, Activation, Upgrades, porting of numbers, for 3 vendors (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon).
- Laptop Support. Experience imaging, troubleshooting technical issues is a plus.
- Provide support to end-users at walk-up shop, over the phone and via help desk ticket system.
- Resolve requests according to SLAs and escalate issues as needed.
- Document all incidents in the ticket system.
- Communicate with mobile phone service providers on troubleshooting, warranty replacements and rate plan changes.
- Assist users with service provider transfers.
- Refurbishment & Cleaning of used laptops is part of our duties. Some exposure to dust, and/or light lifting.
- Other duties as assigned.
