Salary: £90,000 + benefits

The Mobile Security Team Lead position is a very hands on leadership role. Providing thought leadership, and advice to consultants and the extended community across theUKand EMEA region.

My client has one of the broadest set of technologies to securely enable a mobile workforce. Businesses have multiple use cases, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution. The company supports a device-centric and app-centric approach that solves data protection problems without touching the rest of the device.

The Team Lead is responsible for constant improvement of quality, performance, scalability, reliability of services.

The Team Lead is a high -energy individual with a "can-do" attitude.

Experience Required:

- 2 years experience inMobilespace to an enterprise level.
- Technical background
- High level knowledge of Security (mobile) architecture
- Deployment with End Users in a mobile environment would be beneficial.
- BYOD experience beneficial.
- 5-10 years experience IT operations and in Team Lead position
- Experience of public speaking
- Good Communication/Presentation skills and experience of liaising at CISO level
- Development of White Papers
- Practical experience with large scale enterprise or mission critical systems, performance testing

Responsibilities:

- Establish best practices for performance
- Plan and oversee extensive performance, scalability, reliability and stress testing for ongoing releases
- Provide scoping, strategies and milestones for performance projects and tasks.
- Assign areas of ownership, ensure consultants have clear priorities and adequate resources
- Provide technical leadership, career development, and mentoring to team members
- Participate in architecture discussions and planning with development and operations
- Coordinate technical presentations and public speaking on behalf of employer.
