Mobile Quality Assurance (QA) Tester

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a MOBILE QA TESTER to join our client in Sunnyvale, CA.

Client/JOB OVERVIEW:
Our client is an inventive research and development company that designs and engineers high-profile, portable, hand-held consumer electronics products. They are looking for a QA Tester who has tested Mobile Applications as well as Android or other mobile devices- (A Must!)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with consumer device and mobile application testing expertise.
- Create test plans and test cases, executing test form the start.
- Efficiently execute test cases across all functional areas of the products.
- Review product user interface for conformity to design guidelines.
- Track bugs through resolution. (Find, isolate, and document)
- Interpret and report testing results

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Must have Mobile Application Testing experience
- Three plus years of software QA testing experience.
- Experienced in Black Box functional testing on mobile applications.
- Experience testing consumer electronics or cellular products
- Wireless knowledge
- Mobile application testing experience
- Demonstrate expertise in Black Box testing methodologies, experience with standard QA and development tools, and the ability to operate within short release cycles.
