Mobile PHP Developer

JM Digital are currently recruiting for a Mobile PHP Developer on behalf of the best Technology company to come out of the UK. My client last year turned over £60,000,000 net profit and are working on a global scale. My client is looking to pay £350-400 per day on a months rolling contract for the ideal candidate.

Our client is seeking an exceptional PHP developer with a strong interest in mobile web applications to join our technical team in a fast-paced cutting-edge development environment. Applying high standards of quality and adhering to strict software craftsmanship values, this developer will be passionate about software and technology.

Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain well-architected and robust PHP applications
* Work within a cross-functional team comprised of PHP developers, mobile developers and QA engineers
* Work independently on a mobile website
* Create secure, testable, feature driven code.
* Deliver projects on schedule by providing educated development estimates and identifying risks early
* Work in a Scrum/Agile environment with geographically distributed teams

Required Skills and Experience

* Proven commercial experience building complex, high performance web applications
* Experience working with mobile websites at an enterprise level
* Advanced knowledge of PHP, popular PHP frameworks, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Web Services
* Experience of writing automated tests for code
* Passionate about working in a tech environment and delivering the highest possible code quality

Desirable Qualities

*OO PHP experience
*SOAP API experience
*Mobile HTML experience

*Understanding of Mobile Analytics
