MOBILITY SUPPORT ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Washington, DC.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Configuring and troubleshooting multiple mobile devices including but not limited to: Blackberry, iPads, smart phones, and other Android devices.
- Providing remote access support including configuring, troubleshooting and training.
- Install, troubleshoot, configure and document changes required to make identified WB applications to work in the mobile device environment
- Troubleshoot, provide work-arounds, and permanent fixes to issues identified in the mobile device environment and remote access
- Resolve Remedy tickets opened on Mobile devices and remote access
- Serve as subject matter expert point of contact for the Help Desk, application owners and tier-3 support teams on issues related to the mobile device environment
- Lead projects related to the mobile device environment such as assessment, deployment and implementation of hardware and software upgrades and procedures
- Deliver training sessions to the IT community on new systems as well as end-users on tips and tricks related to the mobile device environment
- Work closely with IMT engineers in development and release of enterprise mobile device solutions for WBG user community
- Plan for obsolescence and decommissioning of Mobile devices in the environment
- Participate in defining standards, technology selections
- Provide/generate comprehensive reports and metrics for mobile devices

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- In-depth experience in supporting Blackberry, Android and Apple iOS devices In depth knowledge and experience in Remote Access, Mobile device configuration, software installations and troubleshooting.
- Extensive experience in supporting VPN solutions, iOS, Android and Blackberry platforms
- In-depth understanding of MDM solutions
- Experience in supporting Notes traveler, Mobile device management and VPN solutions
- Excellent client management, verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of project management
- Extensive experience in using Remedy ARS
- Bachelor degree or equivalent five (5) years of experience in supporting mobile device environment.
