Mobile Network Deployment Program Manager

A well known telecommunications organisation is seeking an skilled Program Manager to join their team. In this role the successful candidate will be heading up a national program of work to rollout new mobile networks, 4G/LTE. You will be managing Project Managers from different regions of Australia as well as working closely with customers and sub-contractors to ensure successful delivery.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

- Strong experience managing mobile network rollouts - either a program or work or a large project.
- A strong background in Telecommunications with an exceptional understanding of the Australian Telco industry and networks.
- Exceptional experience managing the financials of a large program.
- Experience managing sub-contractors and third parties to ensure adherence to SLA's.
- Strong customer/client management experience.
- Demonstrated experience as a leader and influencer: setting direction for Project Managers, sub-contracting companies and major stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
