Mobile Identity Lead Business Consultant / Programme Manager, Mobile Telecoms, central London, long term contract, market rates. Exciting opportunity for Mobile Identity Lead Business Consultant / Programme Manager to work for global leading Mobile Telecoms Organisation. The Mobile Identity Programme is global in scope and was initiated to ensure that member Operators are well positioned to understand and unlock the potential that electronic and mobile identity can offer the industry and its consumers. This includes being aware and prepared for the opportunities and challenges resulting from existing and upcoming regulation and legislation pertaining to electronic and mobile Identity.

The role of Lead Business Consultant will involve taking full responsibility for ensuring success of all interventions in operator-led implementations. Responsibility will span from concept development with the Operator to supporting the delivery of solutions to the market, and developing blueprints and conducting M&E thereafter. Relationship management will be an important skillset as a trust-based, open relationship with the operator partners is critical.

Criteria for Selection
* Professional project management experience essential
* Significant experience within mobile telecommunications or electronic identity
* Evidence of high quality delivery in complex and challenging environments
* Highly professional and comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives. Expert relationship builder
* Experience of working in an international environment, with geographically dispersed teams
* London based with a willingness to travel internationally

Responsibilities :
* To support operators effectively in the delivery of identity management systems, with process, technical, regulatory and marketing based know-how
* To lead a portfolio of projects (up to 8 p.a.) and ensure delivery to time, quality and budget
* To manage a field-based team in delivering the operational side of the programme
* To support analysis of business requirements and translate these into project deliverables
* To oversee delivery of case studies, blue prints and best practice, arising from field projects
* To develop thought leadership on Mobile Identity solutions
* To manage all stakeholders concerned (Operators, vendors, third-parties, governments etc)
* To apply appropriate processes and methodologies according to project specifics
