Mobile Experience Team Lead with IOS, Android and Product Owner experience,
My client is a well known organisation based in Brussels.
They are looking for a individual with experience in:
- Business Analyst or Product Owner.
- Mobile Applications or Mobile Team Leader.
- IOS or Android experience.
- Masters Degree or Equivalent through experience.
The Mobile Experience team leader is responsible to develop a strategy regarding the self-servicing and sales actions that our customers could do via their smartphone (apps, messenger or others) with objectives to increase the total NPS, to reduce the current servicing costs and to stimulate growth.
As the successful candidate you will also need to have:
- General knowledge of and experience with mobile channels systems and solutions;
- Experience or familiarity with IT development methodologies (Agile/Scrum, waterfall etc.) is an advantage.
