Mobile E-Commerce Architect (Hybris, CQ5

We are searching for a MOBILE E-COMMERCE  ARCHITECT (HYBRIS, CQ5)  for our client, a leading multinational based in the lake Geneva region of Switzerland.

Within the Software Factory the Mobile E-commerce Architect will be designing technical solutions for the mobile E-commerce platform. Mastering software architecture best practices, he/she will support the development team by providing valuable technical and functional analysis in collaboration with the enterprise architecture team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Analyze functional specifications and provide development estimates with the help of developers.
- Write solution and technical design, based on business requirements/specifications and on the enterprise architecture recommendations.
- Design and document the software architecture, using appropriate software factory guidelines.
- Provide expertise for the integration of Hybris, custom development and libraries across the platform.
- Gather and include non-functional specifications (performance, security, usability, maintainability, evolution) to the technical design.
- Understand and consistently apply attributes and processes of current application development methodologies.
- Research and maintain the solution aligned with Hybris roadmap, including patches and releases.
- Develop programming and development standards and procedures as well as programming architectures for code reuse.
- Review quality of code provided by development teams.

KEY SKILLS

- Proven experience in developing on Hybris E-commerce platform
- Proven experience on developing on Adobe CQ5 and its content synch features
- Knowledge of Load balancing solutions and Akamai services for content delivery
- Experienced in design and implementation of API using SOAP and RESTful-style protocols
- Good general knowledge of design and architectural patterns following industry best practices which will influence major choices in application development.
- Few years of experience as a developer covering the whole application life cycle including Front End as well as Server Side
- Strong experience in Java, Javascript, AJAX and rich website development in general.
- Good knowledge of UML or other diagramming models to support effective communication with developers and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Layer 7, SOA.com, APIGEE is considered as an asset
- Fluent in English. French is considered as an asset

QUALIFICATIONS

Master degree in SW engineering or other IT related fields or equivalent experience
