LEVEL 2 AND LEVEL 3 HELP DESK TECH WITH SCRIPTING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

We're looking for Support Technicians to assist in the configuration of Mobile Device Management Infrastructure.

OVERVIEW

- Assist in the planning of Mobile Device policy configuration
- Execute plans to test new mobile device technology as it applies to Mobile Device Management
- Ability to provide Level 2 Service Desk support for any Mobile issues
- Provide Level 2 support to End User as it relates to Mobile Device Management
- Develop user facing knowledge based articles (KBAs)

QUALIFICATIONS

- Must have experience with Scripting Technologies (PowerShell, VBScript, etc.) and ability to create complex scripts for automation and reporting (Level 3)
- 5 to 7 years customer service related experience required (Level 3)
- Experience with Maas360 (Fiberlink) a plus
- Experience with both IOS and Android devices
- Experience with mobile application publishing a plus
- General knowledge of computer software, such as configuration management software, desktop communications software, operating system software, Internet directory services, etc. software. Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent training/education
