Mobile Application Developer

We are looking for a LEAD APPLICATION DEVELOPER to support WORKLIGHT DEVELOPMENT for a 6 months + contract is Duluth, GA.

POSITION SUMMARY:

- Developer is responsible for designing, developing and modifying Worklight applications using advanced techniques
- Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in multiple software development specializations and programming languages
- Works independently; receives minimal guidance

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- College degree in Information Technology (preferred) and a minimum of 5 years work experience in Information Technology
- Expert-level knowledge and experience with Javascript, Angular JS, Java, Jquery, SQL and REST API
- Experience working with Eclipse, CSS3 (Bootstrap and LESS desired), and HTML (HTML5 a plus)
- Experience with Mobile App Development; Worklight development a plus
- Knowledge of responsive CSS and adaptive web design
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Experience with version control systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in addition to advanced project management skills
- Track record that demonstrates delivery of quality products from conception to final production under tight deadlines, and ability to function well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience working with web services, APIs and data formats (JSON, XML, etc.)

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work with UX Designers, Business Teams and Management to develop Hybrid Worklight applications
- Comply with legal and ethical standards, policies and procedures
- Practice secure coding techniques
- Write technical requirements and thorough unit test plans
- Code, test, and debug programs ensuring optimal performance using advanced programming techniques
- Review business test plans and results to ensure effectiveness in meeting project requirements
- Highly competent in processes involved in systems analysis and use of appropriate tools for resolution, including understanding design factors, system capacities, hardware and software requirements, coding, testing and debugging programs
