Interested in working client-side for a major international brand? We are looking for a:
MOBILE APPLICATION DEVELOPER
to provide technical expertise for the development of B2E, B2B and B2C apps on iOS, Android and Windows platforms.
You will provide support for the development of mobile applications from the ground up. This will involve:
- Working with business representatives to assess requirements, explore technical dependencies, and provide guidance on new projects.
- Develop critical, complex and reusable components for mobile apps.
- Mentor other developers and help grow team skill sets.
- Act as knowledge leader in software development theory and practice.
- Conduct quality assurance on developed mobile apps.
- Validate and sign mobile applications before submission to the app store.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong technical credentials, including:
- 5+ years experience working with COCOA OBJECTIVE-C ON BOTH IOS AND OSX
- 3+ years experience working with C++
- 5+ years experience working with ANDROID
- 5+ years experience working with .NET/WINDOWS MOBILE/WINDOWS PHONE
- Impeccable understanding of MEMORY MANAGEMENT AND MULTI-THREADED DEVELOPMENT
- In-depth knowledge of more than three of the following: CORE DATA, GCD, CORE GRAPHICS, OPENGL ES, CORE TEXT, PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
- Full understanding of the processes and tools involved for signing and submitting mobile apps (internal and external app stores)
- Ability to coach resources dealing with challenging projects from a technical and environmental point of view
- Experience of working in or with large international organisations
THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT - THE INITIAL CONTRACT IS UNTIL THE END OF 2012, WITH EXTENSION FOR 2013 TO BE CONFIRMED DEPENDING ON PERFORMANCE AND TEAM PRIORITIES.
THE CLIENT IS LOCATED MINUTES FROM LAKE GENEVA, ON THE SWISS RIVIERA AND CLOSE TO LAUSANNE. INFO-TECH WILL PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR RELOCATION IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SWITZERLAND FOR THE FIRST TIME.
