A role has come available for an experienced MLRO + Compliance Oversight Function within a boutique International Bank based in the West End of London.

The bank has been providing a number of services to their High Net Worth and Institutional Clients and have been doing extremely well over the past few years. Profits are healthy and staff turnover is low.

We are looking for someone with greater emphasis working as a CF11 as apposed to a CF10 however experience in both is required as you will hold both functions. You will have the support of the legal team which will help with your role as the CF10.

Requirements:

- Working within a small banking environment (30-70 staff) either now or previously in your career.
- A strong understanding of Risk and Regulation
- A risk appetite catering for the client base of this bank
- Worked extensively on Risk and Monitoring Frameworks - from development to implementation to BAU.
- Able to onboard clients
- Worked with the Regulator - FSA/FCA
- Provided training
- Good Stakeholder Management skills
