MIS IT Helpdesk Support Engineer My client a leading IT Managed Service company requires an IT Support Engineer to work on site at on their prestigious client based in the city on a 3 month contract. Key skill required: Manage & coordinate the daily backup drives for offsite storage HP Desktops/Notebooks: Build, test & support encrypted systems with Win-7/7, MS Office, Adobe & Symantec Anti-Virus protection Mobility: Manage, build & troubleshoot Apple iphones/tablets & Blackberries. Administer the Mobile Iron & RIM BES device management systems. Cisco Call Manager system: Liaison with the team in New York to Manage telephone and setups Security: Manage Web Filter and Virus protection appliances and software Remote Support Tool: Bomgar location on DMZ Individual is required to have a professional and friendly demeanor & attitude, maintain pro-active communications and follow-ups Manage Intranet and upload updated documents. Miscellaneous administration tasks related to IT.
