MIS Business Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Producing and amending reports for the key customers of the Consumer & Business Reporting team
- Act as point of contact in relation to new report design and change requests
- Create ad-hoc reports where required
- Act as technical SME working closely with the Data Warehouse team & other MIS analysts to identify and influence requirements for designing, improving and enhancing the data available
- Design, implement and manage reporting solutions
- Attend meetings and act as an expert in the area of MIS and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

- 2 years previous experience in a similar position is essential
- A third level qualification with a significant IT, business or statistics component is desirable
- Experience in telecommunications, financial services or retail is also highly desirable.

EXPECTED TECHNOLOGY PROFICIENCY:

- Knowledge of Oracle 11g including PL/SQL
- Microsoft SSRS
- Teradata Server database exposure
- ETL development tools
- Microstrategy is desirable
