For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a
MIGRATION SUPPORTER - TELEPHONY SERVICE (5937)
In this project, you will be a part of a dynamic team responsible for operational support of a global Skype for Business 2013 implementation with Enterprise Voice capabilities.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- KNOW-HOW WITH DEPLOYING, CONFIGURING AND SUPPORTING LYNC 2013/SKYPE FOR BUSINESS ENTERPRISE VOICE
- BASIC KNOWLEDGE WITH ENTERPRISE VOICE AND CALL ROUTING
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with end-users in a support environment
- PROFOUND WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ENGLISH, GERMAN WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the team in all tasks arising with the migration
- Support of end-users
- Troubleshooting of problems and escalation to next level support
