What You'll Be Doing:
- Migration Support Specialist will be responsible for the successful migration of the company's community into email services. This will include pre-migration preparation, day of migration activities, and post-migration support.
- Ensure accurate data prior to day-of migration event
- Provide post-migration support for the company's community
- Work with internal L1 support to resolve escalated user issues
- Escalate issues as necessary to appropriate supervisors or engineering teams
- Create detailed documentation for tracking and future use
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Two to four (2-4) plus years demonstrated experience with MS Exchange Servers for enterprise customers
- Working knowledge on Microsoft Exchange2003/2007/2010
- Good troubleshooting skills on Exchange Server 2003/2007/2010
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional Microsoft Infrastructure Experience (SharePoint, OCS, Blackberry)
