Our client in the Pharmaceutical sector is looking for a "Migration Support Manager"

Within the Global Industrial Operations and Quality (GIO/Q) department, the Strategic Alignment and Performance Management team is accountable for the implementation of a robust alignment process insuring that all production sites and central functions have aligned goals, objectives and projects.

To do this, we manage 2 processes:

. the Yearly Operating Plan (YOP) is the translation of the long term strategy in yearly guidelines and in an integrated project portfolio
. the Performance Review supported by dashboards constituted by Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

This role, focused on the Performance Review part, will harmonize the ways of working, establish the best practices and coach our different stakeholders.
Update the dashboards and KPI. Capture the demands and the needs of the business to improve our processes and diagnoses the most critical, and transversal issues occurring between sites and proposes solution to upper management.
Give support for the training package for the relevant topics, maintain the knowledge into the business network and train the trainers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Provide GIO/Q with timely, meaningful and actionable KPIs and dashboards in order to drive EHS, People, Quality, Supply and Cost performance and execute the monthly update of those dashboards and KPIs
. Ensure support to the sites and functions on understanding their data and KPI
. Analyse the global performance by doing deep dives in the data
. Harmonize the ways of working of the Performance Management within GIO/Q after the integration of products in the organization.
. Be the reference for the methodology of the KPIs and establish the best practices and coach our different stakeholders
. Capture the demands and the needs of the business to improve our processes and diagnoses the most critical and transversal issues occurring between sites and proposes solution to upper management

PREREQUISITES

Education: Master in Manufacturing Processes, Applied Economic Sciences, Finance, Engineering
Knowledge:
. As the person will have to update KPIs, he/she has to be comfortable in usage of ERP systems and SAP more particularly and excel in the usage of XLS
. To be able to do performance analysis and deep dive, he/she need a good feeling with figures and a good understanding of business processes (transversal view) and more especially knowledge in supply chain and finance with a critical spirit
. The person will be the contact with shop floor and has to animate network of experts,to identify (and challenge) needs.
He/she requires strong communication and influence skills at Sr Management level (MPUs/Site directors) in order to defining and deploying harmonized KPIs, targets and dashboards across GIO/Q. He/she helps to establish standardized, meaningful and actionable KPIs in a multi-cultural and international environment.
. Fluent in English and French

Experience:
At least 10 year business experience in Performance Management and Balanced Scorecard Methodology
Experience in the Pharmaceutical business is preferable
Seniority to tackle any level in the organisation
