For a project at our client's site, an insurance company in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
MIGRATION SPECIALIST - IBM LOTUS NOTES (5513)
In this state-of-the-art project, a total of 3000 applications are migrated from IBM Lotus Notes within the field of Group Functions & Shared Services - Finance, Investment and Treasury Portfolio to various existing and new target systems. During the pilot, we are starting with 10 applications to an SAP system. In the first two phases, you are responsible for the requirements engineering and the definition of the technical specifications.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN LARGE MIGRATION PROJECTS, PREFERABLY WITHIN THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY
- EXPERT KNOWLEDGE WITH IBM LOTUS NOTES
- Strong technical understanding and experience in requirements engineering
- Very good stakeholder management
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Elaborate Business processes covered by the DBs/Application
- Creation of a list of business requirements and functionalities (current and potentially modern/future)
- Define technical dependencies/migration risks
- Recommended target platform (should not be anything customized or development, ideally existing system/applications
shall be used or recommendations for modern finance application) - The output shall give a holistic overview of above-listed items and a certain flexibility in making decisions on the way forward
