Migration Recovery Manager: Newcastle (with travel to other sites)
FULL TIME CONTRACT (9 MONTHS)

We have a great opportunity to join us as a Broadband Migration Recovery Manager, supporting the successful integration of the newly acquired customer base. You will be responsible for leading a team of up to 50 people who are broadband migration experts, ensuring the delivery of "the best service in the country" to our customers who are migrating from recently acquired business platforms to those of Sky.

This role involves overseeing the day to day operational management and the strategic development of processes - you will work closely with the Sky Network teams to highlight opportunities for improvement as we progress through the migration process.

To be successful in this role you will - - Contribute to the plan that will ensure all migrations are successfully implemented
- Be an inspirational, approachable leader who drives performance
- Have a strong service and sales ethic, never resting until every customer is delighted by our service.
- Ensure that our customers are unaware that their service has changed and they see the move to Sky as a great result
- Successfully develop and lead a strong team of technical Broadband experts
- Achieve all Key Performance Indicators

We would love you to bring with you -

- Previous experience of managing customer base transitions (internally or externally) within a role
- Strong technical Broadband network and product knowledge
- Experience of identifying process improvement and driving strategies to continually refine processes.
- A solid background in delivering KPI's relating to customer experience
- Strong team management experience and the ability to engage team members
- Experience of positively taking on challenges, utilising leadership and analytical skills
- Above all, you will be passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience and making a personal difference at Sky
