Our client, based in Brussels, is currently looking for a Migration Project Coordinator to start Beginning of March
START: 02/03/2015
DURATION: 6 months (with extensions until end of 2015)
LOCATION: Brussels
DESCRIPTION:
As a Migration Project Coordinator you will be in charge of a very big migration project.
The following tasks will be assigned to you:
- Plan, coordinate and report on migration activities,
- Ensure full alignment with the delivery planning internally and the commercially agreed upon planning towards external stakeholders.
- Focus in short term on the planning of the new onboarding for some of the large accounts and the alignment with the already existing and ongoing migration planning.
- Much coordination with external and internal stakeholders in order to migrate their terminals to EMV
- Coordination of internal Software loads and migration
SKILLS:
- Strong customer orientation & ability to communicate with executive level
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent planning skills
- Relevant experience in process improvements leading to higher customer satisfaction
- Strong communication skills & ability to negotiate
- Strong reporting skills
- MS Office: Good knowledge of Excel and Access, Webfocus
- Excellent speaking, reading and writing skills in Dutch, French and English
