Migration Manager

This role is to specifically support fund migrations as part of large scale project with the on-boarding of a large client portfolio of Life and Pension funds, from multiple third part administrators.

The role holder will be a subject matter expert working on the TPA migrations specifically supporting upfront analysis of the funds, the testing of the migration activities, conducting the migration upload and reconciliations and undertaking parallel run reconciliation and reviews investigating and resolving issues to both client and the institutions satisfaction.

As an experienced migration manager or team member with a strong knowledge of fund accounting, they will undertake detailed upfront analysis of the fund structures from current TPA data, this will involve review of fund pricing, Trial Balance accounts, and Tax and Fee Structures as well as Operational processes supporting the funds followed by mappings of the funds to methodology and models which will support a successful migration.

This will be done ensuring adequate procedures and controls are in place for the team part of which will be based offshore. They will act as a consultant providing support to the business and clients through the various phases of the migration.

Requirements;
*Act as an SME for Fund Migrations taking a Senior role in leading the migration teams
*Undertake all required upfront migration analysis
*Fully support Proof of Concept, Model Office, Live Migration and Parallel Run
*Manage client and business queries through the above migration phases.
*Support the Senior Migration manager
