We are looking for a Freelance Migration Engineer/Systems Engineer/Middleware Engineer/Architect/
WebLogic Engineer/MQ Engineer/OpenShift Engineer for an initial 3 month mission to be based in Brussels.

The successful candidate will need to have experience with the following technologies:
Linux (Oracle & RHEL)
WebLogic/WebLogic
JBoss/WildFly
RedHat OpenShift/Open Shift
Reverse Proxy & F5 Firewall
Fluency in in NL/FR is essential, with conversational skills in EN
IBM MQ Series/WebSphere MQ & Bash Scripting would be desirable.

The Migration Engineer/Systems Engineer/Middleware Engineer/Architect/WebLogic Engineer/MQ Engineer/OpenShift Engineer, will be part of the Middleware team, responsible for setup and support of the Middleware environment (WebLogic, JBoss application Servers/Wildfly, MQ message bus). This includes day-to-day tasks like monitoring, patching, upgrading, troubleshooting, app deployment in ACC and PROD, etc.

The Migration Engineer/Systems Engineer/Middleware Engineer Architect will be part of the task force responsible for the migration of the existing Oracle WebLogic platform to Openshift.

This job requires the necessary technical and communication skills to be able to act with limited direction of a senior colleague or to contribute to larger/more complex projects as a team member using specialist knowledge.

Technical Skills
Linux (Oracle and RHEL)
Knowledge of deployment automation is a plus
Middleware knowledge: WebLogic Application Server, JBoss Application Server and IBM MQSeries
Red Hat Openshift v2/Openshift v3
Reverse Proxy and F5 Firewall
Bash Scripting is an asset
Experience with IBM MQ is an asset

Language skills: Dutch or French with conversational English
Based in: Brussels
Duration: 3m plus extensions to 12m
Daily Rate: €480
